These terms cover Crease's photo-editing service. For the iOS application license, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Your app store's purchase terms apply to purchases made through that store.
Crease provides preset AI edits to a photo you select. You must have the rights and permission needed to upload and edit that photo, including the permission of the person pictured. Crease is not designed for children under 13; do not upload their photos. Young users need any parental permission required where they live.
You may not use Crease for illegal activity, harassment, impersonation, fraud, non-consensual edits, sexual content, exploitation, or infringement of another person's rights. You may not bypass content checks, payment controls, or service limits. Crease does not provide adult-content features.
You retain your rights in the photos you upload. You permit Crease and its processing providers to use them as needed to perform your requested edit and its checks, as explained in Privacy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your photo to Crease.
AI results can be inaccurate, alter an unintended detail, or fail to preserve a likeness. Checks reduce some errors but cannot guarantee a result. Review each result before saving or sharing it, and do not present an edited image as evidence of a real event. Results are not medical predictions or a guarantee of how you will age. Crease does not promise that AI-generated content is unique or eligible for copyright protection.
Where ad-supported generation is available, one completed, verified video unlocks one generation. Ads depend on availability; closing an ad early does not unlock a generation. An unused verified reward remains available, and a rejected or failed generation returns its reserved reward. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
Crease Premium is a one-time pack of 20 ad-free generations, priced at USD 4.99 in the US store. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Your store shows the local price and any applicable taxes before confirmation. Each successful generation uses one credit. Failed or rejected generations release the reserved credit. Unused credits do not expire.
Sign in with Apple or Google before buying to save the remaining balance to your Crease account. Signing in to that account restores its unused balance on another device. Store restoration alone cannot recover consumed consumable transactions. Deleting your account and server data removes its unused balance; contact support first if you need help with a purchase. Free, unlimited TestFlight access remains available while beta testing is enabled.
For refunds and purchase disputes, use the store where you purchased and contact us for help with service or balance errors. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
Crease needs an internet connection and depends on processing providers. Availability and processing times can vary. We may restrict requests that violate these terms or threaten the service. If a paid feature is unavailable or an edit is missing, contact support so the issue can be investigated.
Use Report a problem on a result to flag an unwanted edit. To remove your library and request deletion of linked server data, use Library → Delete all my data. Exported photos and store-held records are separate. See Support and Privacy for details.
